About Ducky
What Ducky is today
Ducky is a little robot duck that lives on your phone screen. You talk to it out loud or type, and it answers with its whole body, using a real physics simulation of its robot body. Ducky is an AI character: its voice and replies are generated by AI. The digital version is in a private beta, and the screens and pictures on this site come from it. It is not open to the public yet.
What is planned
Two plans are planned. Digital only is Ducky for your phone, with a planned regular price of $39.99 and an early-bird price of $19.99. The Physical bundle is a real robot Ducky with the digital pet included at no extra cost, with a planned regular price of $399 and an early-bird price of $299 for the whole bundle. The robot is a future version: it has not been manufactured, and there is no ship date. All prices are in US dollars. Nothing is on sale, no payment is taken on this site, and joining the waitlist does not reserve a price.
Who runs it
Ducky is an independently run personal project. The person behind it runs this site and its waitlist. Contact: ducky@opengrove.io.
